I work as an Assistant Professor at the University of Oklahoma Gaylord College of Journalism and Mass Communication. My research focuses on two areas:
Crisis and disaster communications: I am studying post-disaster public relations campaigns in New Orleans and post– tsunami Asia.
The role of social media and other new technologies in public relations: I am studying how, through the ages, the field of public relations has adapted to new technologies.
